This role provides a platform to contribute to and influence significant service developments and organisational change. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that enhance service effectiveness and user experience.

In particular, the growth of our AC workforce and increasing our ability to have a blended system whereby a range of professionals can become the AC in charge of care is at the forefront of this ambition.
