The role of Customer Service Representative:
- Supporting customers with orders from initial enquiry through to aftercare
- Providing quotations and taking orders from customers and processing onto the system
- Working with external parties and couriers to ensure orders go out quickly and efficiently
- Handling a variety of customer queries over telephone and email
- Having consultative conversations and identifying further sales opportunities
- Promoting products and services best suited for each customer
The ideal Customer Service Representative:
- Previous sales administration, order processing, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and confident over the telephone
- A keen eye for detail and good organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering the best level of customer care
- An excellent team player
