We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of fa\u00e7ade and glazing projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a key role within a growing project delivery team, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging schemes.
- Full project lifecycle management from handover through to final account

Programme development, coordination and progress reporting

Management of subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams

Primary point of contact for clients, consultants and main contractors

Commercial awareness, cost control and change management

Health & safety leadership in line with company and statutory requirements

Proactive risk management and problem resolution

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to quality and budget
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within fa\u00e7ades, glazing or building envelope packages

Strong technical understanding of fa\u00e7ade systems and construction processes

Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

Commercially astute with strong organisational ability

Experience using project planning tools (e.g. MS Project / Powerproject)

Ability to manage multiple live projects and work effectively under pressure
