Overview
We are looking for a Female Care worker to Join our dedicated team as a Waking Night Support Worker at Sevenoaks TN13, where your compassion and vigilance will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring overnight assistance. Duties
- Monitor residents or clients overnight, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or urgent needs during the night
- Assist with personal care tasks as outlined in individual care plans, respecting privacy and dignity
- Maintain accurate records of overnight activities, incidents, and any changes in residents’ conditions
- Support clients with medication reminders or administration as per care plans (where applicable)
- Communicate clearly with daytime staff about any overnight developments or concerns
- Use IT systems to log incidents, update care records, and report on client status efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents and team members
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and reporting purposes
- Valid driving license is desirable
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to individual needs with sensitivity and professionalism
