We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our amazing team and support the General Manager in delivering an exceptional experience for every single guest.
One minute you'll be helping a family enjoy their first visit, the next you'll be leading the team through a busy Saturday afternoon, supporting an event, coaching colleagues or jumping behind the café counter when things get busy.
You'll:
- Lead from the front and inspire the team every day.
- Help deliver incredible guest experiences across the whole venue.
- Be the Duty Manager, making sure the site runs safely, smoothly and efficiently.
- Coach, motivate and develop a brilliant team.
- Support recruitment, training and performance.
- Drive sales through fantastic service, promotions and upselling.
- Help plan rotas, events and busy trading periods.
- Keep standards high, from cleanliness and compliance to food quality and safety.
- Work alongside the General Manager to continually improve the business.
We're looking for someone who brings energy, positivity and a real passion for people.
You'll probably have:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, leisure or retail.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The confidence to lead and motivate a team.
- Great organisational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions.
- A flexible approach, including evenings and weekends.
- Plenty of enthusiasm and a let's make it happen attitude.
Golf knowledge is a bonus—but it definitely isn't essential. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
