Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic support to patients via email, chat, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer queries relating to orders, prescriptions, deliveries, and general service questions
- Assist patients with account access, document uploads, and navigating the platform
- Escalate clinical or medication-related queries to the appropriate team members
- Support order processing workflows and ensure accurate handling of customer information
- Help resolve delivery issues, tracking queries, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain clear, accurate, and professional written communication at all times
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and pharmacy team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Follow internal processes, data protection requirements, and company policies
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a patient-facing role is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm, patient, and professional when handling queries or concerns
- Comfortable using technology, web platforms, and digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Essential Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade C / Grade 4 or above)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with digital systems
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Working Pattern: 25.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:30-14:00 and Saturday 09:00-12:00, with the opportunity for additional or full-time hours as the business continues to grow. Flexibility for overtime is required.
