Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-dry services.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming salon experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation in line with salon standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage appointments efficiently and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction while supporting business growth.
