At ST M's Thera Spa, we pride ourselves on creating a relaxing and luxurious environment where every guest feels valued. We are looking for a friendly, confident and professional therapist to join our growing team, delivering outstanding treatments and memorable spa experiences.
Our spa offers 60-minute Spa Experiences, Red Light Therapy and UV Tanning, providing guests with the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge and prioritise their wellbeing.
The Role: As a Massage & Beauty Therapist, you will deliver exceptional treatments while providing outstanding customer service from consultation through to aftercare.
You will be confident in tailoring treatments to each client's individual needs, ensuring every guest enjoys a personalised experience and leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed and eager to return.
Essential Qualifications & Experience: Applicants should be qualified and confident in delivering:
- Swedish Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Lymphatic Drainage Massage
- Indian Head Massage
- Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage
- Foot Massage
- Facials
Experience within a spa, salon or wellness environment is preferred. While a minimum of two years' experience would be advantageous, we also welcome applications from enthusiastic therapists who demonstrate exceptional skills, professionalism and a genuine passion for the industry.

- Advanced Facial Treatments

- Spa or Wellness Centre experience
- Retail product recommendations and homecare advice
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality massage and beauty treatments.
- Conduct professional client consultations.
- Provide personalised aftercare and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain treatment rooms to an exceptional standard.
- Promote spa experiences, memberships and additional treatments where appropriate.
- Confidently recommend retail products to enhance clients' wellbeing.
- Work closely with the reception and spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate treatment records.
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
