Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, setting a positive tone for their visit
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times to uphold hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety regulations
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage service
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic food preparation skills and understanding of health & safety standards in food handling
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
