Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional weekend Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tips professionally.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Uphold the organisation’s reputation by providing excellent customer service consistently.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Proven ability in serving guests efficiently with a friendly attitude.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts.
