Duties
- Develop and implement optimisation strategies for digital menus to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Manage content updates using WordPress and Adobe Photoshop, ensuring visual appeal and accuracy.
- Conduct SEO audits and optimise content for search engines using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Analyse performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align digital menu content with overall marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media management.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of updates and enhancements across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with external vendors or agencies on B2B marketing initiatives, maintaining clear communication and organisational standards.
- Utilise IT skills to troubleshoot technical issues related to website functionality or optimisation tools.
- Lead initiatives aimed at increasing online visibility through B2B marketing strategies, including Google Ads campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels while adhering to organisational guidelines.
Experience
- Proven experience in management, SEO optimisation, project management, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
- Excellent copywriting skills coupled with social media management expertise.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a marketing or digital environment.
- Experience in B2B marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
