Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Support clients in adhering to personalized care plans designed to meet their specific needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using simple IT systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to operate basic IT systems for documentation and updating care records
- Driving skills (nice-to-have)
- Experience working in a care home is preferred but not essential—training will be provided
- Knowledge of creating and following care plans tailored to individual needs
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ well-being
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
