Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in our care home. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility support, and meal preparation
- Provide specialised care for individuals with dementia
- Support patients with medication following prescribed protocols
- Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to service users of all ages
- Respond promptly to emergency situations using first aid skills when necessary
- Support end-of-life care with sensitivity and professionalism
- Document care activities accurately in compliance with organisational policies
Experience
- Prior experience in care setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of care techniques and caregiving best practices
- Experience working with individuals suffering from dementia is advantageous
- Familiarity with medication procedures and safety protocols
- Valid driving licence preferred
