We are recruiting for 1 Care Coordinator to join our friendly team.
Roles Available:
- 15-20 hours per week (permanent)
Our practice operates between 7:30am and 6:30pm (Mon–Fri).
Shifts will fall within these hours, and flexibility is essential.
About the Role
This is a key front-line position supporting the smooth running of reception and administration.
You will:
- Manage incoming telephone calls and patient queries
- Provide professional face-to-face reception support
- Book and manage appointments
- Process prescriptions
- Scan and manage clinical documents
- Assist with Subject Access Requests
- Work confidently within the clinical system
- Support wider administrative workflows
The role is varied, fast-paced and patient-focused. Full training will be provided.
Essential
- GCSE level education (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Calm and professional approach in a busy environment
- Flexible and reliable
Desirable
- Experience in a GP or healthcare setting
- Previous Care Coordinator experience
- Knowledge of TPP Systmone clinical system
