We are a popular Bowling Alley in Bury St Edmunds that is looking for a Kitchen Cook/Chef to work an average of 34 hours a week on a two week rota. The rota would include working every other Saturday and Sunday.

WEEK 2
MONDAY 10AM - 3PM
TUESDAY 5PM - 10PM

THURSDAY 5 -10PM
FRIDAY 4PM - 10PM
SATURDAY 10AM - 5PM
SUNDAY 10AM - 6PM
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
You must hold the recognized Food Hygiene qualifications.
Have knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, particularly in respect of the kitchen environment.
Makes sure the kitchen exceeds all standards set.
Maintain accurate food ordering and stock levels and rotation.
Prepare, cook and present food efficiently to a high standard.
