We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
- Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards diligently.
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient ordering as required.
- Support the team during busy periods, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly to management.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
