We are looking for a Donation Centre Assistant - Goods In to work 22.5 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends
Must have excellent customer service skills
Be physically fit in order to move and handle goods
Be able to work well under pressure
Have a positive approach and a good sense of humour
You will assist in running an efficient and effective Donation Centre operation to maximise profits from the donated goods stock.
Ensure donations are efficiently moved into the warehouse stock/donations system and processed.
You'll greet customers donating to St Helena via the Donation Centre demonstrating excellent customer service to represent the organisation in a positive manner and promote any events
Ensure all items once donated are moved efficiently into the correct location in the warehouse stock system.
