Counterbalance Forklift Operative
Location: Lincoln
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:15am – 3:30pm
We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Operative to join a busy team in Lincoln.
This is a varied role where you will be required to work both on and off the forklift, supporting the wider warehouse and production operation.
The Role
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Moving and organising stock around the site.
- Completing general warehouse duties when not operating the forklift.
- Manual handling and moving materials as required.
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
- Following site health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure daily targets are met.
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.
- Previous counterbalance experience.
- Comfortable carrying out general warehouse duties away from the forklift.
- Good attitude and reliable approach to work.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good awareness of health and safety.
