We are seeking an experienced Litigation Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled litigator to handle a varied caseload, provide expert legal advice, and represent clients in court and dispute resolution matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Deal with new enquiries and manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial, civil, and property disputes.
- Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients, assessing risks and potential outcomes.
- Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation proceedings.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and contracts.
- Engage in negotiations to resolve disputes efficiently before trial when appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and timely updates.
- Stay up to date with legal developments and case law relevant to litigation.
- Ensure all legal proceedings comply with professional and regulatory standards.
Requirements and Attributes
- 4+ years’ litigation experience.
- Authorised to practise litigation under the Legal Services Act 2007 (LSA 2007)
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to contribute to business development and the firm’s growth.
