Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator and Packing Assistant to join our warehouse team.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will play an important role in the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing, packing and dispatching customer orders, as well as supporting a range of production and stock preparation tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders with a high level of accuracy and presentation.
- Assist with production tasks, including labelling products, assembling kits and preparing stock for dispatch.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure all items are packed correctly, securely and in line with company standards.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Support the wider warehouse team as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse, packing or production experience is preferred, although full training will be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a small team.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The role is based at our warehouse in Loughton, Essex, IG10 3NY.
