We at Walker Slater are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our Flagship Team here on Victoria Street. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and one to one selling. The role will be on a temporary 3 month contract. We are looking to recruit for 4 days from seven on a 32 hour contract. Weekend availability is essential. If you have a drive to provide excellent service and enjoy engaging with customers, this role may be perfect for you. You should be a motivated individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and achieving results. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers
- Recognise and perform our customer journey to a high level
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom
- Meet and welcome customers and visitors to the brand
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong organizational skills to manage sales processes efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic IT skills for using sales systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Time management skills to meet deadlines
