Join Our Growing Property Maintenance Team
We're looking for a proactive and organised Repairs Scheduler / Administrator to join our expanding office team, supporting the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout Hampshire.

Working from our Fleet office, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of repairs by scheduling works, coordinating operatives and subcontractors, communicating with residents and clients, and helping ensure jobs are completed efficiently from instruction through to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Scheduling responsive repairs and maintenance works
- Allocating jobs to operatives and subcontractors
- Communicating with housing association clients, residents and contractors
- Booking appointments and providing work updates
- Monitoring live jobs and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Raising work orders and updating internal systems
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and operational documentation
- Managing emails, telephone enquiries and office correspondence
- Providing administrative support to the management and operational teams
- Supporting other departments as business requirements dictate
- Helping ensure the day-to-day operation of the office runs efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administration and scheduling
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy office environment
- Professional, reliable and customer focused
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support different areas of the business
- Experience with social housing (required)
Desirable Experience
- Experience using scheduling or job management software (such as SimPro)
- Knowledge of responsive repairs or property maintenance
What We Offer
- Starting salary of £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Full-time, permanent employment
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
