We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Support Manager to support the Regional Operations Manager in delivering operational excellence across the Bristol and Cardiff region. The successful candidate will oversee service delivery, employee performance, customer satisfaction and contract compliance while ensuring high standards of safety, security and operational efficiency.
This is a home-based role requiring frequent travel throughout the region and occasional overnight stays.
- Conduct monthly operational reviews and analyse regional performance.
- Ensure contractual obligations and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Monitor service delivery standards and customer satisfaction levels.
- Develop assignment instructions, risk assessments and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Schedule employees and manage staffing requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee retention activities.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development plans.
- Promote employee engagement and succession planning initiatives.
- Provide effective line management and leadership to site teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Respond professionally to operational issues and customer concerns.
- Identify innovative solutions that enhance service quality and operational performance.
- Monitor regional financial performance and maintain reporting accuracy.
- Support budget management and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements and industry regulations.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions where required.
- Minimum three years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a security services environment.
- Experience managing multiple sites and teams within a fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience in contract management and KPI performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in health and safety compliance and risk management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to provide a complete five-year checkable employment or education history.
- SIA Licence.
- Experience within commercial contract management.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of the security industry and customer service best practices.

This role is home-based and requires regular travel across Bristol, Cardiff and surrounding areas. Occasional overnight stays and attendance at company or client events outside normal working hours may be required.
