We are currently looking for an experienced Labourer/Ganger to join a long-term project in Chatham.
This role would suit someone who is more skilled than a standard labourer, with experience working alongside trades, supervising small teams, or taking ownership of site tasks. Similar ganger roles often involve leading small gangs, coordinating work, and maintaining site safety standards.
Location: Chatham
Rate: £175 per day
Duration: Long-term project
Start: Immediate
Requirements:
- Valid MOD Clearance (essential)
- Previous site experience as a Labourer, Skilled Labourer, or Ganger
- CSCS Card preferred
- Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of site health & safety
Duties:
- Assisting and supporting site operations
- Coordinating and leading small teams when required
- Working alongside trades and site management
- Maintaining high standards of safety and productivity
