What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join our asphalt surfacing squad. The role involves assisting with all aspects of asphalt surfacing and site work.
Role Responsibilities
- Preparation and laying of asphalt materials across a range of surfacing projects
- Operation of surfacing machinery, tools, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Working closely with other team members to ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment on all job sites
Criteria
- The ability and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Happy to get stuck in with a can do attitude
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional weekends
