Your role as a Data Apprentice:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, reviewing documents, identification checks and answering ongoing queries.
- Liaise with lenders, to gather relevant documentation and information necessary for claims.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
- Data entry via the CRM and spreadsheets.
- Analysis and reporting.
- CRM/Data management.
- Answering calls from the reception line.
- Various admin tasks on our in-house systems.
What we’re looking for:
- Telephone confidence.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills to assess information and support decision-making processes.
- Ability to manage varied tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively. .
- Proficient in using standard office software applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word).
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Salary: £14,526.20per year
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8.30-4.30 Fri 8.30-1.30
