Job Summary:
EVR Network Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Network Projects Coordinator to support the organisation and delivery of network infrastructure projects. The role will keep project activities, technical teams, suppliers, and schedules aligned while providing clear visibility of progress from initial planning through implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate activities across network installation and upgrade projects
- Maintain project schedules, task lists, and key delivery dates
- Arrange technical resources and supplier requirements for planned work
- Track equipment, materials, and other project dependencies
- Organise project meetings and maintain records of agreed actions
- Communicate progress and upcoming requirements to relevant teams
- Follow up on outstanding tasks that could affect delivery timelines
- Support documentation for network changes and completed works
- Coordinate access and scheduling for installation or maintenance activities
- Assist with project handovers and completion checks
- Prepare concise updates on milestones, risks, and upcoming priorities
Requirements:
- Experience in network services, telecommunications, IT, technical projects, project coordination, infrastructure, or a related area
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Good communication skills when working with technical teams and suppliers
- Basic understanding of networks or technology infrastructure is helpful
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, project tools, and standard business software
- Ability to manage several activities and deadlines at the same time
- Practical problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Previous project coordination experience is beneficial but not essential
- Technical qualifications or transferable experience from similar project environments will be considered

Pay: £42,000.00 per year
