We’re looking for a reliable, practical person to support our property management team on an ad hoc, self-employed basis across Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield and the surrounding areas.
The work will vary and may include:
- Completing basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Conducting tenant check-ins and check-outs
- Attending properties to take photographs or obtain information
- Collecting or delivering keys
- Reporting maintenance, safety or property concerns clearly and promptly
You’ll need to be organised, dependable and comfortable dealing professionally with tenants, landlords and prospective tenants. Good attention to detail is essential, as clear photographs and written updates will be required after appointments.
The ideal person will have:
- Previous property, maintenance, inspection or facilities experience
- Good basic DIY and maintenance skills
- Their own vehicle and a full UK driving licence
- The ability to work independently and manage appointments
- Flexible availability, sometimes at relatively short notice
- Their own basic tools
- The legal right to work in the UK
This is an ad hoc, self-employed position with no guaranteed hours. Work will be paid at an agreed hourly rate.
