Roundtree Construction & New Homes have a fantastic opportunity for a Class 2 / 7.5t lorry driver to join our expanding team of skilled operatives.
Your standard working hours will be:
Monday - Thursday - 07:00 - 16:30
Friday - 07:00 - 15:30
The successful applicant will play a vital within the company by carrying out duties such as:
- Collecting building materials from various building suppliers and delivering them direct to site
- Moving of plant and machinery by use of a beavertail lorry
- Adhoc site/labouring duties as required
- Adohc yard duties as required
What we require:
- A valid Class 2 or licence to drive 7.5t lorry
- Up to date CPC and digital tech card
- A fit individual with the ability to load and unload the lorry when required
- Ability to work as a team in a time efficient manor
Desirable criteria
- Experience in a building environment with knowledge of building materials etc.
- Tickets to drive other machines such as digger/telehandler etc.
- Hiab ticket for truck mounted crane
