We're looking for enthusiastic and engaging Workshop Facilitators to join our team on a self-employed, ad hoc basis to help deliver our interactive sustainability and green careers workshops across the West Midlands.
You will be supporting the delivery of an exciting programme designed to inspire young people aged 16–25 to explore careers in engineering, sustainability and the growing green economy. Through practical, hands-on activities and real-world challenges, participants gain confidence, develop employability skills and discover exciting future career pathways.
As a Workshop Facilitator, you'll travel to schools, colleges, training providers and community organisations to help deliver engaging activity stations alongside our lead facilitators. You'll encourage participation, support learners through practical engineering and sustainability challenges, and help create an enjoyable, inclusive learning experience.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with young people in different settings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver fun, interactive workshop activities to groups of young people.
- Facilitate hands-on engineering and sustainability challenges.
- Encourage participation and build learners' confidence.
- Support the lead facilitator with workshop setup, delivery and pack down.
- Adapt your communication style to meet the needs of different learners.
- Represent Make More CIC professionally when working with partner organisations.
- Travel to schools, colleges, training providers and community venues across the West Midlands.

Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Self-employed status (or willingness to register as self-employed).
