We offer excellent rates of pay for the successful candidates, who will have previous bar and/or front of house experience, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Our venue is much more than a traditional pub. Alongside our popular food and drink offering, we host lively Bottomless Brunches, so experience making and serving cocktails would be a real advantage. We are also one of the area's leading late-night live music venues, meaning our busiest shifts are often evenings and weekends. Applicants should therefore be happy and able to work late-night shifts as part of the role.
The position includes all aspects of front of house, including:
- Bar service
- Cocktail preparation
- Waiting tables
- Restaurant service
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
An enthusiasm for learning is essential, and you'll also have the opportunity to learn the basics of ale conditioning and cellar management.
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and building lasting relationships with our fantastic community of loyal locals and visitors alike.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous bar and/or front of house experience
- Cocktail experience (or a willingness to learn)
- A warm, friendly personality and excellent customer interaction skills
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A positive team attitude
- Energy, enthusiasm and commitment
- A love of great food and drink
- Good organisational skills
