At Otto Pizza, we’re all about serving up incredible, authentic wood-fired pizza in a relaxed and friendly environment. We’re looking for a new part-time team member to join our Birmingham team.
The Role
Whether you're looking to fit some shifts around your studies or just want some extra hours in a friendly environment, this role is a great fit. You’ll be the face of Otto, making sure every customer leaves happy. We require someone who is 18+.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome.
- Taking orders, serving food, and pouring drinks.
- Keeping the restaurant looking sharp, clean, and inviting.
- Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the floor team during busy services.
What We’re Looking For
- A People Person: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable chatting with customers.
- Team Player: Happy to get stuck in and support your colleagues when the restaurant gets busy.
- Reliable & Punctual: Someone we can count on for their shifts.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but absolutely not essential. A great attitude and a willingness to learn matter most to us!
