Are you looking to start your career in education? We are currently recruiting for a confident and enthusiastic Unqualified Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in High Wycombe for a September start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience while making a positive impact on pupils' learning and development. Previous experience working with children, particularly those with additional or special educational needs (SEND), is highly desirable.
As an Unqualified Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support primary-aged pupils with their learning and classroom activities.

Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

Help create a positive, safe and supportive learning environment.

Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.

Support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs.

Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour throughout the school day.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm).

Recent experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or similar setting.

Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable but not essential.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to commute to or work within the High Wycombe area.
