We’re on the lookout for a reliable, early rising Delivery Driver to bring our award-winning products to our shops and franchise customers across Fife, the Lothians, Perth and surrounding areas. If you love being on the road and want a stable, well-paid role with a friendly team, this is for you.

The Details
- Hours: 36 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (Monday–Sunday)
- Shifts: 2am–9am or 3am–10am
- Pay: From £14.84 per hour
- Contract: Permanent
What You’ll Do
- Prep your route by laying out cake boards before your shift
- Load your van efficiently and carry out safety checks
- Hit the road and deliver on time to the highest standards
- Collect waste products and empty boards during your run
- Clean down your van after deliveries
- Support despatch and production before and after runs
What You’ll Need
- Van driving experience (essential)
- Multi-drop experience (a big plus!)
- A positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail

Stephens Bakery is a 4th generation family business that is over 152 years in the baking, but don’t let that fool you into thinking we’re stuck in the past! We are a company that has never shied away from innovation - we were the first bakery to partner with convenience stores, the first to mobilise a bakery Jiffy Van and the first to open a stand-alone bakery drive-thru.
