Description
The role of the Portfolio Manager is to build and manage client relationships, oversee client portfolios, and deliver an outstanding service that enhances the firm’s reputation and client satisfaction. This influential leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can inspire a high-performing team, engage with stakeholders, and drive growth in revenue and profits while aligning with Xeinadin’s vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
To take on a portfolio of clients building relationships and liaising with
clients on matters relating to their business and financial affairs.
Prepare quality Accounts for final review by SMT.
To communicate to SMT anything which is not understood, or which is
inconsistent with expectations.
Prepare Management Accounts as assigned.
To supervise ad hoc work for clients.
To maintain the highest standards of technical performance.
To develop the value-added culture and actively promote new areas of work.
Achieve your personal output target and reduce office deficits.
Draft management letters for clients under your control.
To prepare budgets, agree fees, take responsibility for work in progress/debtors and losses on work under your control.
Prepare Personal Tax Returns for your portfolio of clients.
Stay up to date with digital accounts trends.
Maintain CPD records to be reviewed by R.I when requested.
To develop the value-added culture within Xeinadin and actively promote new areas of work.
Assist in developing the Carmarthen office attracting new clients/fees.
Key Requirements
ACCA/ACA qualified
At least 4-5 years PQE working in a General Practice role in a mid-tier firm
Demonstrable experience leading client relationships
Being IT savvy and comfortable upgrading and working with technology
