Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Senior Content & Digital Executive to lead the creation and delivery of high‑quality content across our digital channels.
This is a highly practical role, ideal for someone confident producing video, photography, written content, and digital campaigns in‑house, while working closely with the Business Development, Sales, and Estimating teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a marketing content calendar aligned with business objectives and campaigns.
- Manage and grow company social media channels, creating engaging content including video and behind-the-scenes material.
- Plan and manage paid digital campaigns and targeted email marketing through HubSpot to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Create and maintain website content including blogs, service pages, FAQs, and case studies, supporting SEO and organic growth.
- Capture project photography and video where required and produce case studies showcasing completed work.
- Produce marketing collateral including brochures, proposals, exhibition graphics, and branded materials.
- Support sales teams with professional presentation and proposal materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on marketing activity and results.
Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years’ experience in content creation and digital marketing (B2B preferred).
- Experience within construction, industrial, food & beverage, or project‑led environments is advantageous.
- Previous experience using HubSpot’s marketing tools is desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, social media).
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and copywriting capability.
- Confident photography and videography skills, including filming and editing.
