Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within individuals' own homes
- Support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional support
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policies
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support with light household duties where required
- Encourage independence while promoting dignity, choice, and respect
- Monitor and report any changes in health, mobility, or well-being
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team
What We're Looking For
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
