About Iso
Iso is a new kind of beauty & health retailer—community-powered, science-led, and inclusive. We create skincare (Isoskin) and wellness (Isohealth) products, content, and tools that help people find what they’re in search of.
What you’ll do
- Plan, script, film, and edit short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
- Host live streams (TikTok/IG): product demos, routines, Q&As, and live selling.
- Manage day-to-day social channels (posting, scheduling, DMs/comments) across master + sub-pages.
- Build and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Source, brief, and repurpose creator/UGC content.
- Write hooks, captions, CTAs, and live talking points.
- Track analytics (growth, engagement, live conversion) and report clear actions.
- Collaborate with Product, E-com, and our Creator Club to align on launches and promos.
- Maintain brand tone and claims (science-led, inclusive).
You’ll be great at this if you have
- 1–3 years in social/content (brand, agency, or creator side).
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut or native app editing).
- Confident on camera; comfortable hosting lives.
- Solid copy skills and understanding of TikTok/IG/YT Shorts trends.
- Data-minded: you test, learn, and optimise quickly.
- Bonus: beauty/skin/health interest, studio lighting/audio basics, Canva/Adobe, ManyChat/DM flows, creator coordination.
Key metrics (what success looks like)
- Weekly video output & completion rate.
- Follower and engagement growth.
- Live performance (concurrent viewers, watch time, conversion, revenue).
- UGC volume/quality and time-to-publish.
- Saves/shares and CTR to product pages.
