Overview
Here at Skippers Ground Maintenance we are looking for an experienced and reliable Tractor Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, take pride in delivering work to a high standard, and be keen to develop their skills while progressing within the company.
We operate within many commercial settings, including schools, colleges, sports clubs, councils, businesses and housing associations across Essex and further afield.
The role will involve:
- Grass mowing using a wide-area roller mower
- Side arm hedge cutting
- Flail mowing
- Aeration
- Seeding
- Spraying
- Trailer work
Hours: 40hrs per week November - March. 45.25 per week April - October. Accruing time in lieu.
- Monday-Friday
- There will be opportunities for overtime during height of growing season.

All applicants must have a full clean UK driving license.
7.5 tonne driving license would be advantageous.
