The Role
We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Global Media Finance team, reporting to the Global Media Financial Controller. This is a high-visibility role with exposure across Global Media HQ and Group Corporate Finance, offering strong development opportunities and potential for progression within the year.
You’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class financial reporting, supporting business decisions, and driving financial performance across multiple entities.

Prepare monthly management accounts across Global Media HQ entities

Lead balance sheet reconciliations and oversee financial controls

Manage headcount and salary reconciliations, working closely with HR and Payroll

Support Group reporting (flash, forecasts, variance analysis)

Own the monthly rolling forecast, including personnel costs and recharges

Deliver insightful P&L reporting with clear variance analysis

Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles

Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations

Support audits and internal control processes

Strong experience in Finance/Accounting roles

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commercial awareness

Experience preparing and forecasting P&L

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/FP&A systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
