We are looking for a results-driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing Shoreditch team. In this role, you’ll generate high-quality leads by engaging directly with local communities, building awareness around broadband solutions, and helping residents upgrade to faster, more reliable connectivity.
You’ll work within pre-defined areas and receive full training, marketing support, and the tools you need to succeed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, speaking with people face-to-face, and delivering solutions that genuinely improve everyday life.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote broadband products and services within designated communities across London
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on service availability and needs
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and available packages
- Support customers through the initial sign-up process, ensuring accurate information is collected
- Maintain communication with the internal team to coordinate installations and follow-ups
- Track leads, appointments, and pipeline updates using CRM systems
- Stay up to date with broadband packages, offers, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Previous face-to-face sales experience (residential, retail, events, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital reporting tools
