The head office is based in Bourne, however the company serves areas including Bourne, Stamford, Market Deeping, Peterborough and surrounding villages.

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Senior Carer to join our team here at Age Care Advice in our Bourne and Stamford areas.

Location: Bourne, Stamford and surrounding villages, working 37.5 hours a week.
Hours: Full-time, alternate weekend working
Pay: £13 per hour, rising to £13.50 after successful probation.
Please note a driving licence and your own car is needed for this role.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to service users in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition.
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Support the Team Leads in conducting staff competencies and practical supervisions
- Support new staff and team of carers, fostering a positive team environment and culture.
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing telephone support to staff and service users out of hours
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior or domiciliary care roles.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care preferred
- Good IT skills required
- Valid Driving Licence essential
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
