We are casting for exceptional performer-activators/Hosts with charisma, energy and walkabout experience to join the Team at a brand new Global Beauty Retail store .

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Performance Character Hosts to join the team in-store at the Trafford Centre of a renowned global make-up brand . These engaging roles are designed to captivate customers, showcase product features, and create memorable brand experiences. Successful candidates will possess a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and the ability to entertain and educate audiences in a lively retail setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your presentation skills whilst promoting a leading cosmetic brand.
Responsibilities
- Interact confidently with shoppers, answering questions, providing personalised advice, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver engaging performances that reflect the brand’s character and values, ensuring each customer feels valued and inspired.
- Maintain high energy levels throughout shifts, ensuring the Retail Theatre remains vibrant and captivating at all times.
- Collaborate with store staff to coordinate performances and ensure seamless integration into the shopping environment.
- Keep all performance areas tidy and organised, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Learn & Stay informed about new products and promotional campaigns to effectively incorporate them into performances.
Skills
- Confidence and strong communication skills .
- Confidence to ‘reach out’ and host.
- Confidence to Create ‘wow’ moments using call & response.
- Engage with visitors to the store
- Support the Retail Team
- Teaching or coaching experience is advantageous for delivering clear, engaging demonstrations.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Creative flair combined with organisational skills to plan and execute lively performances.
