We are BEETc – pronounced “beats” – a vibrant, dynamic event services company, specialising in the full spectrum of design and delivery for international business summits and bespoke events. We run about 20 business executive summits and customised private corporate events (lunch, dinner, wine tasting etc.) a year across APAC & EMEA region.
We are looking for a proactive, creative and commercially minded Campaign Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.
This is initially a 12-month fixed-term role, with the opportunity to evolve into a permanent position as the team grows and the role develops.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign delivery across social media, email marketing, video content and digital campaigns, while also being interested in how marketing activity supports registrations, sponsorship opportunities and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the wider marketing, production, sales and design teams to support the promotion of our international events, digital content and private event formats.
We are looking for someone who is confident with day-to-day marketing execution, but also curious about what makes campaigns perform well. The ideal candidate should enjoy creating content and delivering campaigns, while also asking: what worked, what did not work, and how can we improve next time?
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across email, social media, video, website and digital channels.
- Create and schedule campaign content to promote events, speakers, sponsors, agendas, venues and key event updates.
- Draft and build email campaigns for event launches, speaker announcements, agenda updates, registration pushes and post-event follow-up.
- Support social media activity across LinkedIn and other relevant channels, including scheduling posts, tagging companies and tracking engagement.
- Help create and repurpose video content, speaker clips, event highlights and digital assets for campaign use.
- Support CRM list management, audience segmentation and contact organisation for campaign activity.
- Help maintain clean and accurate campaign lists, including previous attendees, prospects, sponsors, vendors, target accounts and engaged contacts.
- Support audience targeting and segmentation across regions, job titles, industries, seniority levels, previous attendees, sponsors, vendors and target accounts.
- Track campaign performance across email, social, video, CRM and website activity, including engagement, clicks, registrations and enquiries.
- Help identify which campaigns, messages and channels are driving the strongest results.
- Work with the LinkedIn, content, website, CRM and design functions to ensure campaigns are consistent, targeted and delivered on time.
- Support follow-up activity for warm prospects, engaged contacts, previous attendees and high-intent audiences.
- Help improve campaign processes, templates, reporting and ways of working to make marketing activity more efficient.
- Support marketing activity that contributes to delegate registrations, sponsorship opportunities and overall event revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing, campaign marketing, social media, email marketing, CRM marketing, content marketing or a similar role.
- Strong interest in social media, email campaigns, CRM, video content and digital marketing.
- Good writing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, events and channels.
- Comfortable creating, coordinating and delivering campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Experience using or supporting CRM systems, campaign lists or audience databases.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and how B2B audiences engage with content.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and events at the same time.
- Comfortable working with campaign data such as opens, clicks, engagement, registrations and conversions.
- Able to look at campaign performance and suggest what could be improved next.
- Commercial mindset, with an interest in how marketing supports registrations, leads, sponsorship opportunities and revenue.
- Confident using marketing tools, CRM platforms and quick to learn new systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced events environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and able to work across marketing, sales, sponsorship, production and design teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B events, conferences, media, SaaS, MarTech or technology marketing.
- Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms such as Zoho, Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools.
- Experience managing campaign lists, contact segments, tags, audience groups or CRM data.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools or LinkedIn campaign tools.
- Experience creating or editing short-form video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as WordPress or Elementor.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, UTM links or marketing performance reporting.
- Experience with audience segmentation, campaign lists or CRM-based follow-up activity.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation, campaign planning, research, reporting or marketing efficiency.
- Interest in how automation and smarter processes can improve campaign performance and team productivity.

In this role, success means helping the marketing team deliver campaigns that are creative, well-organised and commercially effective.

- Deliver consistent social, email, video and CRM-supported campaigns across multiple events.

- Support delegate registrations, paid ticket conversions, sponsorship opportunities and overall event revenue.
- Keep campaign lists, CRM segments and audience data organised, accurate and useful.
- Create content that supports event awareness, audience engagement and commercial goals.
- Improve visibility of which campaigns, messages and channels are driving the strongest results.
- Support better follow-up with warm prospects, previous attendees, sponsors, vendors and engaged contacts.
- Help the team learn from campaign performance and make practical improvements for future events.
- Reduce manual work by supporting better campaign processes, templates and ways of working.
- Work effectively with marketing, sales, sponsorship, production and design to keep campaigns moving smoothly.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who enjoys creating and delivering campaigns, but also thinks beyond activity alone.
You should enjoy working across social media, email marketing, video content, CRM-supported campaigns and digital marketing, while also being interested in what drives registrations, enquiries, sponsorship opportunities and revenue.
You do not need to be a data expert, but you should be comfortable looking at campaign performance and asking: what worked, what did not work, and what should we improve next time?

Digital, Technical & AI Skills
- Experience using email marketing platforms, CRM systems or audience database tools such as Zoho, Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
- Experience using social media platforms and scheduling tools, especially LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of CRM list management, audience segmentation, tags, contact categories or campaign data.
- Comfortable using website content management systems or basic website editing tools such as WordPress, Elementor or similar.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms would be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of SEO, website performance, landing pages and digital user journeys.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable using or learning marketing technology platforms, content libraries, reporting tools and event registration systems.
- Interest in AI tools, automation and smarter ways of working.
- Curious about how technology can improve productivity, content creation, campaign planning, reporting and marketing performance.
- Good knowledge of design tools, video content platforms or AI-assisted content tools would be an advantage.
