Comprising of physical club stores, match day retail and online ecommerce stores, our aim is to provide the best retail experience for rugby fans; both in person in store, on match days at stadiums and from home via our online stores.
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join our team in Gloucester. This role is vital in ensuring an exceptional retail experience for rugby fans by overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction at our retail outlets.
Responsibilities
' Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and presentation to maximize sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
- Monitor sales performance.
- Foster a positive environment that promotes team development and engagement.
- Opening and closing procedures.
Pay: £12.71-£12.91 per hour
