Who are we?
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
The Role:
This role supports the Guest Services Management team in leading a team of Luggage Porters, Valets and Chauffeurs. You will a key component in daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate arrivals and departures, oversee luggage handling, maintain presentation standards across the forecourt and entrance, and proactively resolve guest feedback. You will oversee areas of administration for the department and ensure SOP compliance. The position requires a lead from the front approach to team leadership with the ability to remain calm and prioritise under pressure.
Who we are looking for?
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a luxury hospitality environment. Understanding of luxury hotel operations is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently deliver both positive and constructive feedback.
- Calm and solutions foccused individual with the ability to remain calm and prioritise effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and/or Knowcross would be advantageous.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
- An enthusiastic team player with a resilient and positive mindset.
The on target earning potential for this role is £36,384 per annum comprising a base salary of £33,384, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £16.05 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

- Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
