Seasonal Event Staff – Litter Pickers & Toilet Attendants
Location: Doncaster Racecourse, Doncaster
Dates: 10th, 11th, 12th & 13th September 2026
Salary:
- Monday to Friday – £12.71 per hour
- Saturday – £13.21 per hour
- Sunday – £14.21 per hour
Working Hours:
Shifts available between 7:00am and 11:00pm, with a variety of shift patterns available.
Job Summary
Heb Cleaning & Hygiene is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable seasonal staff to support one of the busiest events of the year at Doncaster Racecourse.
We're looking for hardworking individuals to join our event cleaning team in one of the following roles:
- Litter Picker
- Toilet Attendant
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn extra income while working as part of a friendly and supportive team at a major sporting and entertainment venue.

Available Roles
Litter Picker
As a Litter Picker, you'll help keep public areas clean and presentable throughout the event by:
- Collecting litter from public areas.
- Emptying waste bins.
- Maintaining walkways and spectator areas.
- Supporting recycling and waste segregation where required.
- Helping ensure the venue remains clean, safe and welcoming for visitors.
Toilet Attendant
As a Toilet Attendant, you'll help maintain excellent hygiene standards by:
- Cleaning and checking toilet facilities throughout your shift.
- Replenishing toilet rolls, soap and paper towels.
- Keeping washrooms clean, tidy and fully stocked.
- Reporting maintenance issues where necessary.
- Providing a clean and pleasant environment for visitors.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy event environment.
- Happy to work outdoors (Litter Pickers) or within toilet and washroom facilities (Toilet Attendants).
- Committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Previous cleaning or event experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
