Duties
- Assist with meal preparation by chopping, peeling, and organising ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle food safely during preparation, storage, and serving to prevent contamination
- Prepare ingredients for service, including portioning and garnishing dishes as needed
- Support food service operations by helping with plating and serving meals in a timely manner
- Wash any pots and equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
