Early Morning Cleaner – Exeter Quayside
£14.00 per hour (PAYE)
Permanent Part-Time Position
6:00am – 7:30am
Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
Minimum 4.5 hours per week (3 shifts)
Eco Clean Exeter is a growing local cleaning company looking for a reliable, experienced and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team.
This role involves cleaning a restaurant at Exeter Quayside before opening. The work is straightforward, but we expect a high standard of cleaning, excellent attention to detail, and complete reliability. As a small business, every member of our team plays an important role in maintaining our reputation for quality.
This is primarily a lone-working position, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent results.
Responsibilities
- Hoovering restaurant floors
- Mopping hard floors
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities
- Cleaning sinks, mirrors and touch points
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste responsibly
- Restocking consumables where required
- Ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard before opening
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Completing cleaning tasks within allocated timeframes
Essential Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Strong time management skills
- Aged 18 or over due to lone-working requirements
- Willing to undergo a DBS check
- Able to reliably arrive at Exeter Quayside before 6:00am
