Lunchtime School Cleaner
Location: Wingfield on the outskirts of Trowbridge, Wiltshire, Transport is essential due to rural location
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 2:15pm (6.25 hours per week)
Term-time only
Pay: £12.85 per hour (pro rata)
About the Role
Clay & Co. Facilities Group is looking for a reliable and friendly Lunchtime Support Assistant to work within a small village school just outside of Trowbridge, Wiltshire
This role is ideal for someone looking for a short, consistent daily shift. You’ll play an important part in keeping the dining area clean, safe and ready for pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearing and cleaning dining areas after lunch
- Wiping tables and maintaining cleanliness of eating spaces
- Cleaning floors as required
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Assisting with moving and storing tables and benches (twice weekly)
- Helping maintain a safe and hygienic environment for pupils
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Physically able to move tables/benches when required
